Do you know all the precautions about reefer containers?
(1) During the loading process of the reefer container, check the freezing device and confirm that the freezer has stopped operating;
(2) Pre-cooling of goods: Before loading, the packing wood and other packing materials used in the reefer container should be pre-cooled, and the goods should be pre-cooled to the temperature required for transportation. 
(3) Pre-inspection test: Each reefer container should be inspected both reefer machinery and 
other reefer parts to ensure that the reefer container is clean, no spare parts and reefer consumables damage.

The reefer container that has passed the inspection shall be affixed with the inspection label.
(4) Preparation before packing: According to different perishable goods, the following matters should be confirmed: optimal temperature setting on the reefer container ; Fresh air exchange rate setting; Relative humidity 

setting; Total transit time; The volume of goods; The packaging materials and packaging sizes used; Required documents and documents, etc.
